When there is nothing to resurface, we pour the slab too — formed, reinforced and finished by the same crew that lays the decorative work.
Plenty of jobs start as a resurfacing enquiry and turn out to need new concrete: a driveway that was never thick enough, a shed slab that was poured on fill, an extension that has no slab at all. Rather than hand you to a third party, we form, reinforce, pour and finish it ourselves.
That means the same crew sets the falls, the same crew nominates the mix, and the same crew comes back to lay the decorative finish once the slab has cured. Nobody blames the last trade for the crack.
We pour to the reinforcement and thickness the job actually needs — residential driveways at 100 mm with mesh as standard, thicker with heavier reinforcement where trucks, trailers or caravans are part of the picture. Control joints are cut where the slab wants to crack, not where they look tidiest.

Preparation is most of the work and all of the warranty. The decorative part is the last day.
01 — Grind and test
Diamond grind back to sound concrete, then moisture and bond test. If the slab fails, you get told before you pay for an overlay that will lift.
02 — Repair and prime
Cracks cut, filled and bridged. Falls corrected so water leaves the slab instead of sitting on it. Primer coat the same day.
03 — Lay the finish
Overlay, stencil, aggregate or flake, laid to the build-up quoted. One crew, no subcontracted finishers.
04 — Seal and cure
Two coats of UV-stable sealer. Foot traffic at 24 hours, vehicles at 72 on most finishes.

Do you pour and then resurface?
Sometimes. A new slab needs to cure before it takes an overlay — usually 28 days. If you want a decorative finish immediately, we lay it in the pour instead.
How long until we can drive on new concrete?
Foot traffic at 24–48 hours, vehicles at 7 days for a standard residential pour. Heavier vehicles wait longer.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Redlands, the western corridor and both coasts. Anything further out we quote case by case.
Are you licensed?
QBCC licence 1109935, and fully insured. The licence number is on every quote and can be checked on the QBCC register.
