What the slabs are like in Nambour
Age is the first condition. Pre-1970 concrete was poured to different standards, sometimes without adequate reinforcement, and on a proportion of Nambour jobs the honest answer is replacement. We say so at the quote — a resurfacing business that never recommends replacement is not assessing anything.

You said our slab should be replaced. Why?
Because an overlay is only as good as what it sits on. On a thin, badly cracked or moving slab, resurfacing buys a year or two and wastes the money.
Is salt a factor in Nambour?
