Decorative Concrete Resurfacing works in Brookwater from our base at Springfield Lakes — driveways, pool surrounds, patios, paths and garage floors resurfaced over the existing slab, plus new concreting. Brookwater is ten minutes from our base, so quotes happen quickly. On-site measure, test grind and written quote are free, and the licence on every quote is QBCC 1109935.

Diamond tile patio
One of the finishes we lay in Brookwater. Samples come to the quote so you can see it against your own brick and render.

What we do in Brookwater
Golf course estate blocks with long, wide driveways on a fall. Exposed aggregate and larger-format stencil patterns hold up best on that much visible area.
Golf-course estate housing with covenant schedules, larger driveways and an expectation of finish quality to match the house. This is where we lay the most exposed aggregate and the most polished work, and where the finish has to be judged against render, stone and aluminium joinery rather than brick.
Covenants here specify colour and sometimes finish type, so the first thing we do is read the schedule — then sample within it rather than around it. Everything quoted states the build-up, the sealer and the cure times.
- Driveway and pathway resurfacing
- Pool surrounds at R11–R12 slip ratings
- Patios, alfresco areas and entries
- New driveways, shed slabs and house slabs
- Garage floors in epoxy and vinyl flake
- Crack repair, grinding and joint replacement
What the slabs are like around here
Post-2000 slabs on engineered pads, in good order, on land that was shaped for the course and the estate. Because the pads were filled, the recurring defect is settlement cracking at the fill line rather than surface failure. Driveways are long and often curved, which makes fall and pattern set-out the technical work rather than the concrete itself.

Washed back to reveal the stone. The South East Queensland driveway default, and the most forgiving surface underfoot.
See finishStencilled concrete
A paper stencil laid into the colour coat, sprayed over and lifted — leaving pattern joints in a second colour.
See finishColoured concrete
Full-strength oxide colour, with or without a cut pattern. Reads terracotta against brick and charcoal against render.
See finishThe questions we get asked
Do you charge for a quote in Brookwater?
No. The measure, the test grind and the written quote are free.
How soon can you start?
Most residential jobs book within a fortnight, weather depending. Wet weeks push everything back — overlays and sealers need dry slabs.
Are you licensed and insured?
QBCC licence 1109935, and fully insured. Both numbers go on the quote.
Can you match the finish to my neighbours or estate rules?
Yes. Where a body corporate or estate schedule limits colours, we sample within it. Bring the schedule to the quote and we will work to it.

We will tell you whether it can be resurfaced, what finish suits it, and what it costs — before anyone turns up with a grinder.
