Decorative Concrete Resurfacing works in Camira from our base at Springfield Lakes — driveways, pool surrounds, patios, paths and garage floors resurfaced over the existing slab, plus new concreting. Camira sits between our base and the Centenary suburbs, so access is easy. On-site measure, test grind and written quote are free, and the licence on every quote is QBCC 1109935.

Shed slab and connecting path
One of the finishes we lay in Camira. Samples come to the quote so you can see it against your own brick and render.

What we do in Camira
Established homes on larger blocks, plenty of them with original 1970s and 80s slabs that are structurally fine and cosmetically finished.
Established homes on larger blocks, most with original 1970s and 80s slabs. That age is the story here: the concrete is thick, honest and usually structurally fine, but it has forty years of surface wear, and any decorative finish on it is a spray-on from a much later decade that has now lost its colour.
On slabs this old the test grind matters more than anywhere else, because we need to know the surface is sound to depth before quoting an overlay. If it is not, we say so — and the sealer, build-up and cure times for whatever we do recommend are written into the quote.
- Driveway and pathway resurfacing
- Pool surrounds at R11–R12 slip ratings
- Patios, alfresco areas and entries
- New driveways, shed slabs and house slabs
- Garage floors in epoxy and vinyl flake
- Crack repair, grinding and joint replacement
What the slabs are like around here
Older, thicker slabs on established ground that has long since stopped moving. What we deal with is surface: carbonated top layers that need grinding back further than usual, tree-root lift at the edges of long driveways, and moss in the shaded runs down the side of the house. Real structural cracking is rare here.

How we schedule Camira work
Ten minutes from the yard. Camira jobs are usually quoted within a couple of days of the call.
What goes down most often
Exposed aggregate
Washed back to reveal the stone. The South East Queensland driveway default, and the most forgiving surface underfoot.
See finishStencilled concrete
A paper stencil laid into the colour coat, sprayed over and lifted — leaving pattern joints in a second colour.
See finishColoured concrete
Full-strength oxide colour, with or without a cut pattern. Reads terracotta against brick and charcoal against render.
See finishThe questions we get asked
Do you charge for a quote in Camira?
No. The measure, the test grind and the written quote are free.
How soon can you start?
Most residential jobs book within a fortnight, weather depending. Wet weeks push everything back — overlays and sealers need dry slabs.
Are you licensed and insured?
QBCC licence 1109935, and fully insured. Both numbers go on the quote.
Can you match the finish to my neighbours or estate rules?
Yes. Where a body corporate or estate schedule limits colours, we sample within it. Bring the schedule to the quote and we will work to it.
