Contamination is the commercial constraint. Years of oil, rubber and hydraulic fluid soak into a hardstand, and an overlay laid over that bonds to the contamination rather than the concrete. Degreasing and mechanical grinding are the fix, and skipping them is what makes a cheap quote cheap.

The yard is oil-stained. Does that matter?
A great deal. Oil must be degreased and mechanically ground out or the overlay bonds to contamination instead of concrete.
Our joints are chipping at the edges. Is the slab failing?
Usually the joint seals are failing and leaving edges unsupported. Reinstating them is a fraction of a full resurface and often the whole job.
Can you work without closing the yard?
Yes. We stage in sections and can work after hours or on weekends.
Is a decorative finish suitable for a service yard?
No. Forklift and delivery traffic destroy thin overlays. Those get a hard-wearing plain sealed finish.
