Decorative Concrete Resurfacing works in Forest Lake from our base at Springfield Lakes — driveways, pool surrounds, patios, paths and garage floors resurfaced over the existing slab, plus new concreting. Scheduling here is routine — we work across Brisbane weekly. On-site measure, test grind and written quote are free, and the licence on every quote is QBCC 1109935.

Bushrock pattern side path
One of the finishes we lay in Forest Lake. Samples come to the quote so you can see it against your own brick and render.

What we do in Forest Lake
Nineties estate housing with tired original driveways and a lot of pool surrounds that were never laid with slip resistance in mind.
A 1990s master-planned estate, which means the slabs are remarkably uniform — same era, same thickness, same original finish across whole streets. We have resurfaced enough of them to know what is under the surface before the grinder comes out, and neighbours often book together once one driveway is done.
Uniform housing has a practical upside: we can usually point you at a finished job a few streets away rather than asking you to judge from a sample board. The build-up, the sealer and the cure times still go in writing, and the measure is free.
- Driveway and pathway resurfacing
- Pool surrounds at R11–R12 slip ratings
- Patios, alfresco areas and entries
- New driveways, shed slabs and house slabs
- Garage floors in epoxy and vinyl flake
- Crack repair, grinding and joint replacement
What the slabs are like around here
Thirty-year-old estate slabs, generally flat, with mature landscaping grown up around them. The recurring jobs are root lift along driveway edges, pool surrounds where the original finish has gone slippery with age, and joints opened up enough to need replacing. Fine cracking at the joints is normal at this age and bridges easily.

How we schedule Forest Lake work
Fifteen minutes from the yard and in the suburb most weeks, so looking at your slab rarely needs a special trip. Pool surrounds here we quote on slip rating first.

See finishColoured concrete
Full-strength oxide colour, with or without a cut pattern. Reads terracotta against brick and charcoal against render.
See finishThe questions we get asked
Do you charge for a quote in Forest Lake?
No. The measure, the test grind and the written quote are free.
How soon can you start?
Most residential jobs book within a fortnight, weather depending. Wet weeks push everything back — overlays and sealers need dry slabs.
Are you licensed and insured?
QBCC licence 1109935, and fully insured. Both numbers go on the quote.
Can you match the finish to my neighbours or estate rules?
Yes. Where a body corporate or estate schedule limits colours, we sample within it. Bring the schedule to the quote and we will work to it.
